Abu Kebeer Strategic Planning project required delivering a modern, efficient urban framework that meets strict international planning standards. The scope of work, commissioned by the General Organization for Physical Planning (GOPP) , focused on integrated spatial planning, ensuring seamless alignment between urban design, transportation networks, public services, and development regulations within a tight operational framework.
