ASSAF GROUP Consultancy Services (ASSAF) participated in the design competition for the Al Zohour Club, a prominent social and sports facility in New Cairo. The project aimed to create a modern, multifunctional club that enhances recreational, social, and sports activities for its members, while reflecting contemporary architectural standards and the club’s identity.
Designing a multifunctional club in New Cairo that seamlessly integrates sports, recreational, and social spaces while reflecting a modern architectural identity. The design needed to maximize member experience, ensure accessibility and safety, and incorporate sustainable, low-maintenance elements for high-traffic usage.
ASSAF delivered a comprehensive competition proposal emphasizing innovative spatial planning, flexible indoor-outdoor integration, and aesthetically engaging architecture. The design optimized recreational and social areas, incorporated landscaped sports facilities, and applied sustainable strategies, resulting in a promotion-winning concept recognized for creativity, functionality, and community impact.
