ASSAF GROUP Consultancy Services (ASSAF) was appointed as the Planning Consultant for the development and organization of several villages within Abu Hammad Center and Abu Kabir Center in El Sharkeyah Governorate. ASSAF is providing fully integrated multidisciplinary consultancy services.
The main challenge was managing dispersed rural settlements with limited infrastructure while accommodating population growth and future development. The planning process required balancing agricultural land preservation with the need for improved services, accessibility, and controlled urban expansion across multiple villages.
