AssaFranco Consultancy Services (ASSAF) has been providing comprehensive consultancy services for HSBC Bank Egypt as part of a long-term nationwide branch development program. The scope covers the design and supervision of more than 30 bank branches across different cities in Egypt, reflecting HSBC’s corporate identity, operational standards, and customer-focused banking environment.
ASSAF was appointed as the Design Consultant and Construction Supervisor, delivering fully integrated multidisciplinary services.
The HSBC Bank project required delivering a modern, efficient facility that meets strict international banking standards, while ensuring seamless coordination between architectural, structural, and electromechanical systems within a tight operational framework.

AssaFranco Consultancy Services (ASSAF) has been appointed as the lead consultant for Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) in Egypt, delivering comprehensive consultancy services for the development of +15 bank branches across multiple locations. The project reflects ADIB’s operational requirements and Islamic banking standards, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices.
Delivering a unified branch identity across +15 ADIB locations while meeting Islamic banking standards, tight timelines, and varying site conditions. Each branch required a balance between brand consistency, operational efficiency, and high-quality customer experience.
