Assaf Group has signed a professional agreement with Suez Steel Company for the design and supervision of a landmark mixed-use development, reflecting a shared commitment to quality, efficiency, and integrated project delivery.

Suez Steel Company is one of Egypt’s leading industrial firms, recognized for its strong presence in the steel manufacturing sector and its strategic investments in large-scale developments that support sustainable urban growth.

The project comprises two towers within a unified development:

• A hospitality tower designed to accommodate hotel and guest functions

• An administrative tower dedicated to office and business use

The development includes three basement levels serving parking and building services, in addition to a range of amenities, restaurants, and support facilities that enhance functionality and user experience.

Assaf Group will deliver the project through its architectural, structural, MEP, and supervision teams, ensuring alignment between design intent and execution, and maintaining quality throughout all project phases.

This agreement marks an important step in delivering a high-quality, integrated development that combines technical excellence with long-term value.
